I went to high school with Clinton and have had the priviledge to be his friend over all these years.
He had a sweet spirit and a wonerful sense of humor .
He will be remembered by me forever. I told Clinton a few weeks ago that I am only a heart beat away from him, as all of us are.

My prayer is for your peace and healing.

    Sincerly
    Carolyn

Cousin Clinton was always so sweet and so jovial – a stand-up comedian to his family, friends and now in heaven. We love him and miss him and our hearts go out to Lou, their kids, grandkids, and all our family. We salute you Cousin Clinton – as a Marine and in the Naval National Guard. Thank you for always being you and always caring. Love you, Cousin Patricia (aka Patti) & Family (Bill, Kristin, Gianni, Andres, Laili, Christopher & Hayden) & Aunt Audie

Lou and Kelly and Clint, wanted to wish my sincere sympathy to you all. I will also consider you all as good friends, and remember the good times that we had when we got together and did things with you all through the years and I was sorry to hear of Clint’s passing when Mom told me the other day. But at least he is not in pain and is not suffering anymore. Mom had showed me Lexie’s graduation picture the last time that I was out there and she has grown up to be a pretty young lady. God bless you and the kid’s and the grand-kid’s through this time of sorrow.

Love you all your friend, Kelly (Couch) Cline

Dear Lou and Family: I am so sorry to hear of Clint’s passing. You and Clint were two of first fine persons that I met at Elkins High School. Clint had a great sense of humor and a big smile. I remember his wonderful story at John Smith’s memorial service when he said that Mr. Smith had a very unusual deer call – ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ (He said that he did not know how many times he had caught Mr. Smith sleeping in the deer stand.) I appreciate, very much, my friendship with you and Clint. You are in my prayers. Fern.
