I was so glad to have known Chris. She was a lovely lady with a sweet smile and she always looked so pretty with her flowers in her hair. Even though she was battling ALS, she managed to stay cheerful and upbeat.

On behalf of the UJ Club (Union Jack) I would like to express our sorrow on Chris’ passing. We were happy she chose to spend time with us at our lunches when she felt able and taught us a lot through her cheerfulness, strength and bravery. A lovely lady. Sincerely, Barb Baker.

You are all so in our thoughts and prayers. I did not know Chris before she became incapacitated but I found her to be the most courageous person and an inspiration to all in spite of the difficulties she faced. She was a lovely member of our Union Jack club and will be much missed. Linda Cameron

I will most certainly, along with so many other people, miss Mrs. Chris. She will always be a part of my heart and enriched my life in many ways. She won her battle with ALS, and is now putting flowers in all of the other Angels hair! I will miss seeing her wonderful smile and visiting with her. She was a force to be reckoned with and I loved that about her as well!!! We will be keeping her entire family in our thoughts and prayers.
