Lois Mae Hampton, May 5, 1927~February 28, 2013

Lois Mae Hassell – Kilpatrick -Hampton, 85 of Fayetteville passed away on February 28, 2013 in Anderson, MO. She was born May 5, 1927 in Granite, Oklahoma to Leslie and Sylvia Hester Hassell. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Arlis Hampton and Adley Kilpatrick; son, Clarence Neel; sisters, Mary Brown and Wilma Kempton; brothers, Ralph Hassell, Macon Hassell, Forest Hassell and Ray Hassell. Survivors include two sons, Chester Neel and wife Sharon of Anderson, Mo and Ernest Neel and wife Debbie of Memphis, Texas; daughter in law, Mary Lou Neel of West Fork; sister, Jeanette Mitchell of Springdale and Betty Tedford of West Fork; brothers, James Hassell of Houston, Texas, Bobby Hassell of Oklahoma City, OK and Charles Hassell of Amarillo, Texas; twelve step children; four grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 3, 2013 from 2 to 4 PM at Beard’s Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held at First United Pentecostal Church, 3701 W Wedington Drive in Fayetteville at 2:00 PM, Monday, March 4, 2013 with Rev. John Hassell officiating.     Clarnce and Chester So sorry to hear of Sis Lois passing. I know heaven is sweeter with her there . She truly was a sweet gentle and kind woman of God , she was a beautiful Saint of God . We will pray for peace and comfort for the family .
