From the moment we first met John, he always had that special smile. What impressed us most was his love of his family. His faith and his familly and friends were what meant the most to him. When we visit at Christmas, we always see such closeness between everyone in the family. John was Dave’s mentor and friend. They loved to target shoot together and had so many interests in common. The first time we came to Georgia, John and Bette drove us down in their van and showed us the beautiful country. They always make time for everyone and have such a genuine concern for others. We will miss John so much. The memories of our times together with John and Bette are so precious to us. Dave and Debbie Harris

Through business ties, we have become very close friends with Keith over the past several years. We would like to express our sincere condolences to the entire Beckmann family for your loss. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers at this extremely difficult time.

While saddened with the heartbreaking news, this is the appropriate time for us all to remember the funny stories of “tough love” that Keith has shared, regarding his Dad. I have never been with Keith that he did not have a story about his Dad that demonstrated his wit, his simple but direct approach for providing guidance, and his determination to overcome any obstacle.
We are also very proud of the level of thoughtfulness and care that Keith, Joneva and KJ have provided, especially over the past many challenging months.
The lasting legacy of a fine man’s full life lives on through Mr. and Mrs. Bechmann’s children and grandchildren.
    May God bless you all.
