Tami, I know how proud you are of all your children and how devastating this loss has been. No mother should have to bury her child. Burying your child is not the order of things and it’s very hard for me to find the words to say to you. You know we all love you. I’m here for you if there’s anything at all you need, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers. Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous. For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction. (Psalm 1:1-6 NIV)

It is with great sympathy that I write this condolence. My heart goes out to the Warford family, especially Randy. I am so sorry for the loss of such a sweet young gentleman. You are all in my prayers and may God give you strength to get through this hard time. I always read Psalms 103 to let me know that we are here only for a little while and that The Lord has given us a better place to be when we are gone. I am thankful that I knew Seth for the little while he was here. May The Lord give you peace and comfort. God bless.

Randy, and family, there really are no words, but my heart goes out to you and your whole family during this time of sadness and loss. Losing a child is something no parent should ever have to experience. On some level, I have been where you are, losing my Christopher about 2 1/2 years ago. Try to remember and talk about him when you need to. Embrace the help that is given even when you would rather be alone, and take comfort knowing where that sweet boy is now. My prayers and thoughts are with you now and during this trying time.
    Love and Prayers,
    Holly, and family

    Seth’s Family,
I am Seth’s 6th grade hjomeroom teacher at McNair. I wanted you to know I remember him fondly. He was such a sweet boy with good intentions for all his buddies. I did not know his knickname was Cannonball…..I saw him more as a “Teddy Bear”. He was easily likable and had kind words. I try to remember all my former children, but Seth really stood out due to his genuine caring nature. I am so sorry for your loss.
    Sincerely,
    Sue Gillman, 6th grade math
