To Tom’s beloved family. My name is George Charles, and I’ve been buying fire wood from Tom for as long as I can remember. He was a trusted friend, and a man I very much enjoyed doing business with. His work ethic was 2nd to none, and I always admired that. I will miss him very much, and just wanted you to know how he touched folks through his work. May God bless him, and keep you, now and forever more. With heartfelt sympathy—George & Maryleen Charles

I’m really sorry for your loss. Tom was really like a brother to me. I just learned he passed the day after Christmas or I would have came to the service. I remember we had some good times and did a lot of things together. I’m gonna miss the guy. I know he really loved you kids.
