Tuck for WebsiteKaren Tuck, 59, of Fayetteville died Tuesday, June 23, 2015 in Fayetteville.  She was born March 19, 1956 in Tulsa, OK. to Marion Lester and Viola Hopkins Smith.

Having been born in Tulsa, she moved to Colorado for a short- time.  Fayetteville is where she spent most of her adult life.  She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Marion “Smitty” Smith; and two brothers, Paul and Darrell Smith.

Survived by her husband, Larry Tuck; mother, Viola Smith of Fayetteville; a son, Gabriel Tuck of Fayetteville; a daughter, Ashley Hignite of Prairie Grove; stepson, David Tuck of Kettering, OH.; and a brother, Scott Smith of Elkins; and nine grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Beard’s Chapel with Gary Jewell officiating.  Interment will follow in Zinnamon Cemetery in West Fork under the direction of Beard’s Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 P.M. on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Beard’s Chapel.

    I do not have words to say over the passing of Sue. I am so sorry for You, Gabe and Ashley. You are in my prayers during this time of sorrow. I am also sorry for me because I have lost a sister, friend and confidant. May God give you peace and strength to get through this time.

    So sorry for your loss – words can’t express how we feel – we had great memories from the vacation to Colorado..also all the cook-outs and all those nights staying up playing cards. May you look back on the good times to give you comfort in the days to come.

    Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers sorry it took so long we have had a hard time with my dad’s wife and our mothers death . Everyone is so kind for having us in your prayers and thoughts God has truly comforted us in our time.
