Dear sweet Doris was a member of the Sunday School class that met at Peachtree on Sundays. She was faithful to attend when ever conditions kept her from driving to her “own church”. I enjoyed her very much and was so pleased to learn that she and my dad, Glenn Lehman, were in band together. They would each share memories for me to remind the other about. I feel blessed to have had years to know and appreciate her. I am sorry for her loss to us still left on this earth.

To the family of Doris, please accept my remembrance of Doris. She and I knew each other through her supplying Amway laundry detergent. Whenever I needed a box, I would call her and she would deliver. The last time Terry delivered. And then I read the obituary. Every time I called her, she was so pleasant. I will miss the calls, and I will certainly miss the delivery…as well at the detergent. And I know that you all miss her. Peace to all of you.
