Virgil Bradshaw, Jr., August 27, 1951~June 5, 2016

Virgil Bradshaw, Jr., 64, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, June 5, 2016 at his home.  He was born August 27, 1951 in Prairie Grove to Virgil and Bonnie Daniel Bradshaw, Sr.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Sue Blevins.

He was retired from the Army National Guard; was a member of the American Legion; a member of NWADA; and was a retired district manager from the State of Arkansas Revenue Department.

Virgil is survived by two sons, Bobby and Jason Bradshaw of Fayetteville; 5 grandchildren, Bryan, Myrya, Zachary, Cyra and Danny Bradshaw, all of Fayetteville; and 1 great-grandchild, Daegan Bradshaw.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements by Beard’s Chapel.

    Sure am sorry to hear about Virgil . I spent many summer camps with him in the guards. Many good years and laughs. He was a kind person an a great Sargent …. May God comfort you thru this time. Karen Adams

    I worked with Virgil for many years, he was a kind man who loved the people he surrounded himself with daily. Jason and Bobby, I am sincerely sorry for you loss.

    I’m so sorry for the family’s loss. I hope that you find comfort in warm memories of his life. Virgil and I were friends in our younger days. He always had a smile and a quick wit. Rest in peace, pal.
