Rocky will be missed by so many, especially those of us who began elementary school with him at Jefferson and continued with him through high school. He is gone way too soon, but his smile and laugh will remain always. Peace to his family.

Truly one of the kindest men I have known. My thoughts are with the family and I am so saddened by the news. Rocky always had a smile and a visit to catch up whenever I saw him. His parents and mine were close friends and from the stories I know, his Mom and mine are cutting up in heaven and welcoming him. I am so sorry for your loss.

Another good one gone too soon. One story I recall, was that Rocky had the most beautiful eyelashes and he and I were only about four months apart in age. His mom and my mom were sisters and spent a lot of time together. When we were about three years old, I took a large pair of scissors and cut off those eyelashes of his because everyone talked about what a beautiful baby he was. Thank goodness, I did not blind him. Of course that didn’t hurt his good looks and we remained close as children. It was not too long ago that I last saw him at the donut shop in Elkins. He was driving his Corvette and getting ready to go to a car show. Rocky top, you will be missed by all of those that knew and loved you. Your cuz, Laura
