    Ms. Carroll, Craig, and Kevin,
Shannnon and I send our deepest condolences. When I told Shannon last night that Mr
Carroll had passed, he was truely saddened and said what a great man he was. While I have not met y’all, Shannon has talked about you so much, that I feel I do. This is a hard road, I lost my Daddy a year ago, but in time it will get easier. Prayers are with you all. Much love, The Taylors

Oh Ellie, we are so sad to hear about Henry. We always wanted to get together with you two again, because the times we’ve seen each other through the years were always so enjoyable. I’ll always remember Henry’s impish grin! Sherri passed the information along to us just a few minutes ago. Dennis and I will attend the service on Saturday. With our love, Harriett and Dennis Sisson

    Ms. Ellie and family,
One of the best things about being an usher was Henry being my super at football and basketball we came to rely on each other at every game. I especially felt good in the fact that he always had my back, as I’m sure he was with everyone he knew! It is not the same without ya’ll. Rest In Peace my friend and if you need anything do not hesitate to call!
    Your friend,

Linda and I are so sorry to hear about Henry’s passing. Henry was a good, thoughtful person. We were very close during our months together in Viet Nam. I couldn’t have had a better friend. We didn’t have an opportunity to see each other over the years, but I always considered him my friend. We will miss him. Ellie, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace, Henry.

I was deeply saddened to hear the news about Henry. I served with him in the Army in Hawaii and in Vietnam. He was a great man and was well respected by all who knew him. He will be missed by all his buddies at the reunion in November. So sorry for your loss.

So very sorry Ms Ellie and family,
I will never forget Hen. He helped me in so many ways. He helped get me hired with the Government and then came and talked me into coming back after a few years in business for myself. I’m happily retired now thanks to him and his thoughtfulness. Next time I see him I’m sure he’ll crack the same joke on me that he always did- “Stand up when you talk so we can see you”
Can’t attend the services but sending you all prayers and much love! Deedy

Henry was the first soldier I met when checking in at Bravo Company in Hawaii, in 1967. The confident way he carried himself, and his soft-spoken voice indicated a true gentleman and leader. I became his driver for several months and we had many good laughs while training. Our prayers go with Henry and with you, Ellie, and the family. May God be with you all.
