Rosie L. Dorsey, 78, of Fayetteville died Monday April 26, 2010 at Fayetteville. She
was born January 17, 1932 in Winfrey, Arkansas the daughter of William Hobert and
Teelie Jane Faubus Barker. She worked in nursing for Washington Regional Medical
Center.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Jo Dorsey and her twin sister,
Rowie Howard.
Survivors are her husband, Willie Dorsey of the home; 1-son, Carl Corbitt of
Lebanon, Oregon; 1-daughter, Wilda Dunham of Fayetteville; her brother, Buddy
Barker of Fayetteville; 2-sisters, Alice McClelland of Farmington and Bobbie Williams of
Springdale; 3 grandchildren, Crystal Dunham of Fayetteville, Shelly Rogers of Rogers
and Carla Reger of Beaverton, Oregon; 1-great-granddaughter, Kayla Renee Rogers
of Rogers.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Thursday April 29, 2010 at Beard’s Funeral
Chapel with Rev. John Napier officiating with burial in Drakes Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
