Delma Watkins, 86, of Fayetteville died Sunday June 13, 2010 in Fayetteville. She
was born March 7, 1924 in St. Paul the daughter of Bud and Jessie Burnett
Samples.
She was a homemaker and member of Greenland Free Will Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Millard Watkins in 1993.
She is survived by 2-sons, Everett Watkins, Doris of Fayetteville and Lonnie
Watkins, Pat of Greenland; 1-daughter, Barbara Ramey, Marion of Greenland; 7
grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1-great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday June 16, 2010 at Beard’s Funeral
Chapel with Rev. Lester Shadrick officiating. Burial will be in Baptist Ford Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 ~ 7 PM at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Greenland Free Will Baptist Church or the Baptist Ford
Cemetery.
